BLOWING UP, IN REAL TIME

This just in, from Rhodes, and I DO agree--but he still doesn't say where he IS: "I've long been irked, I admit it, overwrought, in fact, about the use of the phrase 'in real time.' What the Hell does that mean? In today's news, they observed a Type II Supernova actually collapsing. Great. It is (was) 120 million light years away, so when the article breathlessly says they observed its 'last 130 days, in real time' they mean 120 million years LATE. Right? What the Hell are they talking about? Someone slap some sense into these people!"

As your curator, I assure you he'll cool down, in time. #Bughouse Blues
